The Founders’ Club has been established to provide special recognition and benefits to those couples or individuals who reserve their home at The Glenmary at Evergreen by January 1st, 2010.

It’s easy to become a member of the Founders Club. After you have completed the Reservation Agreement and reserved your home you may join the Founders Club and reap the benefits of membership for as long as you live at The Glenmary. The following benefits are included:

• Select an upgraded or view unit for the price of a standard unit.
• Guaranteed no increase in base monthly rent until 2012.
• Receive one free day in The arborview Assisted Living at The Glenmary, for each month that you are a resident of The Glenmary, up to 30 days
• Receive 50% discount off of published rates for optional services available to residents, including dining, housekeeping, personal laundry & linens, guest dining, maintenance & repair services; guest room accommodations, social events requiring paid admission, and much more.
