A: Directions: From the east, take I-40 west, and merge onto Sam Cooper Boulevard. When Sam Cooper Blvd ends at East Parkway, turn right, and go one block. Turn left onto North Parkway, and proceed about 1.4 miles to 1550 North Parkway, on your right. See map.

Q: What is the Midtown neighborhood like?
A: Architecturally, Midtown is marked with historic 1920s-vintage homes, specialty stores, and high-rise buildings, often all located on the same avenue. This is partly due to the fact that much of Midtown was constructed prior to zoning laws, and it is not uncommon to see an apartment complex nestled inside of a neighborhood.

Q: What sort of apartments and amenities are available?
A: The Glenmary offers a variety of units ranging from the Evergreen studio at (574 sq ft) to the three-bedroom, two baths Galloway at (1221 sq ft). All apartments feature brand new, state-of-the-art kitchens, balconies, floor to ceiling windows, granite countertops, and individual heating/air conditioning controls, fire sprinkler protection, emergency call system, basic satellite TV, telephone, with high-speed internet optional.
Assisted Living apartments, located on the 7th and 8th floors at treetop height, offer several sizes of studio and one bedroom apartments, each featuring a kitchenette with granite counters, private full bath with elder-friendly shower, balcony (many units), fire sprinkler protection, emergency call system, basic satellite TV, telephone, and high-speed internet available.
All residents have access to the community amenities, such as the dining room, beauty and barber salon, library/computer center, activity and recreation rooms, fitness center, pool and cabana, theater, big-screen TV lounge, billiards room, craft/activity room and numerous common spaces and amenities throughout the campus.

Q: What if my health changes and I need personal assistance?
A: Assisted Living can accommodate residents requiring personal care assistance which may include medication monitoring, grooming and bathing assistance, 'round-the-clock well-being monitoring, personal laundry, and stand-by or hands-on assistance with one or more of the activities of daily living. Basic services in assisted living include a 24-hour staffing and emergency response system, three meals per day, weekly housekeeping and linen service, planned activities and scheduled transportation. Q: What are The Glenmary’s rates, lease terms and financial arrangements?
A: The Glenmary is a rental retirement community. All apartments are rented under a one year rental agreement.
